At Corporate Traffic Logistics, investing in the next generation of talent isn’t just a priority – it’s a passion. That’s why for the past 15 years, we’ve proudly partnered with the University of North Florida to create meaningful opportunities for students, student-athletes and future leaders in logistics, marketing, business, and beyond.
This year, we’re thrilled to deepen our connection with UNF through the university’s launch of the Soaring Together Corporate Partnership Program – a bold new initiative aimed at strengthening collaboration between local employers and UNF, which was recognized as the region’s No.1 talent provider.

A Legacy of Investment
Since day one, our relationship with UNF has gone beyond career fairs and campus visits. From sponsoring scholarships for student-athletes to creating internship programs that turn into full-time roles, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with the university to open doors and build careers in the logistics industry.
Today, we’re proud to have 38 UNF alumni – including eight former student-athletes and eight student interns – working across departments at Corporate Traffic. These talented individuals bring passion, discipline and fresh perspectives that strengthen our team and reflect the quality of UNF’s programs.
Empowering Students Through NIL, Internships and More
Our support also extends to Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) opportunities for student-athletes – allowing them to benefit from their hard work both on and off the field. To date, we have worked with 15 UNF student-athletes across nine sports.
We’ve welcomed Ospreys into our office as interns, mentored students exploring logistics careers and provided them with the tools and experience they need to succeed in a competitive job market. In addition, CT initiated the Corporate Traffic Logistics Student-Athlete Scholarship in 2022, recognizing four deserving student-athletes pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the Coggin College of Business.
Soaring Together: A New Chapter
With the launch of Soaring Together, UNF is setting a new standard for how businesses and universities can work together to drive mutual success. The program offers companies like Corporate Traffic Logistics expanded access to student engagement events, tailored marketing opportunities and direct involvement in student career development through resume reviews, interview days and mentorship.
“The goal is to make it easier for companies to do business with UNF while providing students with opportunities to succeed,” said Gabe Grass, UNF’s Director of Corporate Relations & Major Gifts.
We were honored to be part of the conversations that helped shape the Soaring Together initiative, and we’re excited to be one of the first companies officially recognized as a program partner. As Jacksonville’s economy continues to grow, we’re committed to making sure its future workforce grows with it.
