July 11, 2024 CT makes ‘Best Companies To Sell For’ list for 4th Consecutive Year

For the fourth year in a row, Corporate Traffic Logistics, a leading asset-based third-party logistics company headquartered in Jacksonville, was recognized by Selling Power in their annual ‘60 Best Companies to Sell For’ list.

“Our leadership team dedicates itself to enhancing CT to make it an outstanding workplace for both selling and professional growth,” said Chris Cline, President of Corporate Traffic Logistics. “We prioritize fostering a supportive environment, equipping our team with the tools and training needed to nurture a workplace of collaboration and excellence. When you combine that with our unique culture, it creates a special place where talent thrives and success flourishes.”

To assemble this year’s 60 Best list, Selling Power’s research team created a thorough application where they gathered data across five key categories including company overview, compensation and benefits, hiring, sales training and sales enablement, diversity and inclusion, and AI incorporation into improving sales processes. Companies were ranked in each of the categories above to determine the final list.

“As companies are dealing with the AI revolution while facing an uncertain economy, recruiting and retaining the top sales talent is critical for success. The Best Companies to Sell For have mastered the alignment of people, processes, and technologies and have created sales organizations that excel in hiring, onboarding, training, and compensation of their salespeople. What attracts salespeople to work for these leading organizations is their outstanding cultures, their commitment to diversity, and their steady support of the sales team by servant leadership and the introduction of process improving technologies. All of this, combined, provides meaningful work environments that offer unlimited opportunities to win,” says Gerhard Gschwandtner, founder and CEO of Selling Power. “These companies aim at a higher level of professionalism and trust, which in turn leads to increased sales and a lower turnover of the sales force” Gschwandtner continued.

Corporate Traffic Logistics is annually recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work’, earning recent recognition from Florida Trend Magazine, the Jacksonville Business Journal and the Florida Times-Union as well as earning ‘fastest growing company’ honors by Inc. Magazine for 2022 and 2023.
