Today Corporate Traffic Logistics announced an expanded partnership with the University of North Florida, marking a significant investment in the future of Osprey Athletics. The agreement includes a five-year commitment and grants Corporate Traffic exclusive naming rights to the playing surface at Hodges Stadium, which will be renamed Corporate Traffic Logistics Field at Hodges Stadium.
This milestone builds upon a 15-year relationship between Corporate Traffic Logistics and the University of North Florida. Over the years, the company has maintained a strong connection to the university through student engagement, career development opportunities, and continued support of Osprey Athletics.
“We are incredibly excited to expand our partnership with UNF Athletics,” said Chris Cline, President of Corporate Traffic Logistics. “We’ve built a strong foundation with the university—working with students, hiring graduates, and supporting student-athletes as they transition into their professional careers. Expanding that relationship in such a meaningful way is something we’re extremely proud of.”
The agreement includes prominent signage throughout Hodges Stadium (soccer, track and field), as well as logo visibility at Harmon Stadium (baseball), UNF Arena (basketball and volleyball), and the UNF Softball Complex. This investment in Hodges Stadium follows recent enhancements to the facility, including support from the City of Jacksonville and the Hodges family.
“Success in collegiate athletics is built on strong partnerships and meaningful community support,” said Nick Morrow, Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics. “Corporate Traffic has been an incredible example of that commitment for more than 15 years, and this transformational investment takes our shared vision to a new level. Their continued engagement helps elevate the experience of our student athletes while strengthening UNF’s connection to the Jacksonville community.”
Corporate Traffic’s investment in UNF includes active participation in and sponsorship of numerous academic and athletic programs. Over the past five years, this investment has grown alongside the company’s expansion and now includes a multi-year title sponsorship of the UNF Business Career Fair in both the spring and fall, the development of the UNF Student-Athlete Scholarship Program supporting four business students, and an NIL program launched in 2022 that has featured more than 20 student-athletes across nearly all men’s and women’s sports.
Corporate Traffic Logistics has proudly employed numerous University of North Florida graduates, including former student-athletes who have successfully transitioned from competition to careers in the logistics industry. This continued investment reflects the company’s belief in the value of discipline, teamwork, and leadership developed through collegiate athletics. To date, 20 employees at Corporate Traffic’s Jacksonville headquarters are UNF graduates, including seven former student-athletes—all of whom competed on the men’s soccer team.
