Finding the right fit for an employer is like finding the right pair of jeans; nearly impossible. There are many factors to consider when deciding what is right for you. As an intern, I really had to weigh my options on what company was right for me. I’m currently working to obtain my degree in marketing, so when an opportunity to work for a logistics company came up, I was unsure. However, in my brief time at Corporate Traffic, I know I made the right decision to work here. CT is a Family
Our 3PL has been owned and operated by three brothers for more than 30 years. They have put an immense amount of time and money into making CT one of the best places to work. They work to build relationships with every employee. As a result, employees feel like part of the family and we all share in celebrating each others’ success.
A great culture starts with an employee-friendly office environment
The CT headquarters features 25,000 square feet of modern and spacious workspaces and social areas, with room for growth. Workspaces feature the latest technology and ergonomically friendly office equipment, and social areas include a large break room, gym, and game areas for employees to utilize throughout the day. Games on the floor include ping pong, corn hole, shuffleboard, bocce, and billiards. Throughout the year, there are friendly competitions, including our annual CT Olympics, where employees compete to be the champion in eight different games throughout the office.
Outside the office, families are welcome to attend a quarterly employee gathering offsite. In addition, CT offers concert tickets, game passes, and other perks throughout the year to reward employee performance.
We are connected with our community
The CT Community Connections program is Corporate Traffic’s community engagement initiative. Throughout the year, CT provides financial and volunteer support to a number of charities in the communities we serve. These include regular blood drives, volunteer work, group charity runs, and fundraisers throughout the year to support charities focused on healthcare, animal care, and veterans. This annual commitment culminates in a comprehensive holiday charity initiative, providing additional volunteer and financial support for charity partners in December.
Casual Day is Everyday
One of the biggest perks of CT: the casual attire. Want to wear jeans and flip-flops? Go for it. How about khaki shorts and vans? Absolutely! Employees are encouraged to wear what they want in order to create an atmosphere where they feel comfortable.
In-Depth Training Program
The HR team has built an in-depth training program that allows new hires to be ready to hit the floor. It is a full week of learning and games that will fully immerse you in the logistics industry. Many people on our team do not come in with logistics experience, however, our training programs prepare new hires for everything coming your way. After the first week, you are still under supervision and are encouraged to ask as many questions as possible! Everyone on the floor is accessible and ready for all the questions you can throw at them.
