The Corporate Traffic Logistics leadership team recently came together for an executive retreat focused on reflection, alignment and forward planning. The day centered around reviewing 2025 successes, evaluating progress toward company goals and setting a clear, strategic vision for the year ahead. By stepping away from day-to-day operations, the team created space for thoughtful conversation and collaboration around what’s working and where we can continue to grow.
Throughout the final quarter of 2025, leadership participated in a comprehensive SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat) of both the company and their individual roles. This process allowed directors and senior managers to gain deeper insight into each other’s strengths, challenges and opportunities, while reinforcing shared accountability and trust. These conversations were instrumental in strengthening relationships and ensuring every leader is aligned on how they can best contribute to Corporate Traffic’s continued success in 2026.
The retreat wrapped up on a high note with happy hour and some friendly competition – golf, pickleball and basketball – highlighting the culture that makes Corporate Traffic special. Balancing strategy with connection, the retreat reinforced our commitment to growing together, supporting one another and never settling as we move into the year ahead!
