Corporate Traffic Logistics was proud to serve as the presenting sponsor of the inaugural St. Johns County Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Golf Tournament, held at The Yards in Ponte Vedra Beach.
The first-year event brought together golfers, local businesses and community supporters for a day on the course with a greater purpose: raising funds to help fuel the mission of Fellowship of Christian Athletes throughout St. Johns County.
Participants took on a unique 15-hole format, playing the front nine before finishing with six par-3 holes on the back. In addition to tournament play, golfers had the opportunity to compete in a longest drive competition and closest-to-the-pin putting competition, adding more friendly competition to the day.
Beyond the competition, the tournament provided an opportunity for the community to come together in support of FCA and its work with local coaches and athletes. Funds raised through the event will help support FCA’s continued mission throughout St. Johns County, including mentorship, leadership development and opportunities to connect through sports.
As a Jacksonville-based company, Corporate Traffic values opportunities to invest in organizations that are making a difference in the communities where our employees live and work. Serving as the presenting sponsor of the inaugural tournament gave our team another opportunity to support that commitment while helping launch what we hope will become an annual tradition.
We are grateful to the golfers, sponsors, volunteers and supporters who helped make the first St. Johns County FCA Golf Tournament a success and contributed to the organization’s continued impact throughout the community.
