Corporate Traffic Logistics has been named a 2026 Top Workplace by The Florida Times-Union as part of the Metro Jacksonville Top Workplaces awards program. This marks the fifth consecutive year the company has earned the distinction, reinforcing its reputation as one of Northeast Florida’s leading employers.
The award is based on confidential employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage LLC, a nationally recognized employee engagement technology partner. The survey measures 15 research-backed culture drivers that are proven to predict high performance, including alignment, execution, connection and leadership effectiveness.
Corporate Traffic Logistics earned an Overall Workplace Experience Score of 85%, an increase of two points from last year and three points above the national benchmark.
Survey results highlighted several standout strengths:
- 94% – Closely Aligned: reflecting strong clarity around company vision, goals and strategic direction.
- 87% – Empowered to Execute: indicating employees feel trusted and equipped to perform at a high level.
- 80% – Engaged: demonstrating meaningful commitment and pride in the organization.
In addition to being named a Top Workplace, Corporate Traffic Logistics also received the special “Clued-In Senior Management” award, recognizing leadership transparency, communication and strategic clarity.
“These results are especially meaningful because they come directly from our team,” said Chris Cline, President of Corporate Traffic Logistics. “To be recognized five years in a row and to see our alignment and empowerment scores continue to rise speaks to the culture we’ve built together.”
Corporate Traffic Logistics remains committed to investing in its team, strengthening leadership transparency and creating opportunities for employees to grow and thrive — both personally and professionally.
